Two types of teshuva

There are two types of teshuva, teshuva from fear, and from love. If we, chas V'Shalom are so bad, Hashem may take away from us the ability to do teshuva from fear, since the root, is from Hashem, since we fear His punishments. But teshuva from love, that is never taken away from us, because it is our very own desires! (Paraphrased from Nefesh Shimshon Gates of Emunah part three chapter one)
